RUNable Race Review: Run Run Rudolph 5k/10k
The Run Run Rudolph 5k/10k race looked a little different this year than in years past but there’s just nothing like a finish line, even in 2020!

The Trick or Treat Trot 5k was ALL treats and NO tricks! That morning, I actually ran the NYC Marathon (virtually) but I JUST HAD TO ATTEND!! I love dressing up in costume, and this year we had a super special reason to do so.
“Run run Rudolph, Santa’s got to make it to town!” In this case, Santa *did* make it to the lovely town of Brookhaven just in time to collect “Toys for Tots” and see runners off at the “Run Run Rudolph 5k, 10k, and 1-Mile Kids Run.”
We splashed. We dashed. We had a SOAKING WET good time in Brookhaven, MS!! I came “locked and loaded” and was drenched by the time I left. (Mostly because I started a water gun fight, buuuuutttttt, none the less!) This race was advertised as “the wettest 5k of the year,” and that promise was definitely fulfilled. 🙂
